Ayurveda believes in the connection between body, mind, and spirit and emphasizes balancing them for optimal health. Therefore, it also includes meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques. Instead of merely masking symptoms, Ayurveda aims to permanently solve problems by focusing on the balance of the body and its functions.
