Nicorette oral spray is available in the form of a convenient spray intended for all those persons who want to give up the nasty habit of smoking in a controlled way.
Nicorettev in the form of an oral spray is an innovative product that is suitable as an excellent substitute / substitute for nicotine treatment. Sprays (similar to chewing gum) make it easier to switch to reducing the intake of nicotine in the body, which means that its response is not so drastic.
With the help of a spray medicine, you alleviate and control the need for nicotine in a controlled way. Nicotine is a molecule found primarily in cigarette smoke and is addictive, so a slow and controlled withdrawal is necessary. The body's need for heavy smokers is especially problematic in the case of nicotine withdrawal too quickly.
With the cessation of smoking, the increasing amounts of nicotine are stopped in the body. The consequences of withdrawal can be very different, which also depends on the intensity of smoking and the time of smoking. The longer the body is exposed to nicotine, the greater the withdrawal problems may be. The complication can also be of a medical nature and consequently it is necessary to solve it in certain cases with the help of a specialist.
Withdrawal of nicotine causes:
- express unpleasant feelings
- restlessness and restlessness
- other withdrawal symptoms
All of this can be significantly reduced by careful use of Nicorette oral spray. As a result, you eliminate or reduce the desire to smoke. It makes sense to reduce your nicotine intake slowly but steadily, as this is the only way to get rid of this unpleasant habit.
The medicine in the form of a spray is safe to use, as it does not contain all the impurities that ordinary tobacco contains when smoking. The substances produced by smoking are mainly: tar, carbon monoxide and other numerous and often carcinogenic toxins that can be found in cigarette smoke,
When you quit smoking, you will be even more successful with counseling and support if they are available to you.

The maximum dose is 64 doses per day for 16 hours in any 24-hour period. II. treatment rate - 7 to 9 weeks
At this stage, it is necessary to reduce the amount of doses throughout the day. During this period, at the end of the 9th week of use, the dosage will be at least 50% lower than the dose during the first stage of treatment. At this stage, you accustom your body to less and less nicotine.
III. treatment rate - 10 to 12 weeks
Reduce the number of doses per day so that the 12th week does not exceed 4 doses per day. When the dose is reduced to 2 to 4 per day, Nicorette oral spray should be discontinued.

1. Termination without outside help
About 90% of people who try to quit smoking do so without outside support - without help, therapy or medicine. Although most people try to quit this way, it is not the most effective or successful method. Only 4% to 7% of people can give up on their own.
2. Behavioral treatment
This includes working with a counselor who finds ways to quit smoking. Together, you will find any problems (such as emotions or situations that make you want to smoke) and make a plan to quit smoking successfully.
3. Nicotine replacement therapy.
Nicotine gums, patches, inhalers, sprays and lozenges are nicotine replacement therapies. They work by adding nicotine without the other toxic ingredients contained in tobacco. You may be more likely to quit smoking with replacement therapy, but smoking cessation therapy is even more successful if it is done in combination with behavioral therapy and also with a lot of support from friends and family. And remember that the goal is to end your nicotine addiction, not just quit smoking.
4. Medications
Bupropion and varenicline are prescription drugs that can help with smoking cessation problems and reduce your cravings for cigarettes. It also relieves the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal.
5. Combination therapy
Using a combination of treatment methods can increase your chances of quitting smoking. For example, the use of nicotine patches and chewing gum may be an even better treatment choice than just a patch. Other combination therapies that are helpful include behavioral therapy and nicotine replacement therapy. The FDA has not approved the use of two types of nicotine replacement drugs at the same time, so talk to your doctor first to find out if you have the right approach to dealing with your addiction.
