Using silicone feeding tubes

Insert both the inlet and outlet hose into the ends of the hose adapter. Route the end of the outlet pipe through the flow regulator. Push the inlet hose down through the X-shaped opening on the variable flow nozzle and pull it until it is long enough to reach the milk in the bottle.

Place the end of the thin outlet tube 1 to 2 cm away from the nipple and secure it with medical tape. Place the baby on the nipple and then gently insert the outlet tube into the mouth to begin feeding.
