How does Femidoc ONCE Uro Express D-mannose work?
Mannose or D-mannose is a simple sugar that is found in high concentrations mainly in fruits - cranberries, blueberries, oranges, apples and other fruits contain a lot of it. In concentrated and isolated form, d-manoa has important and significant effects on the organism itself - especially on bacteria in the uranium tract.
D-mannose does not destroy bacterial cultures, but causes bacteria to feed on this component of the medical device, bind to it and consequently be excreted from the urinary tract itself.
It can be used by pregnant women and children, and even diabetics, as it does not increase blood sugar levels in any way.
