Femidoc ONCE Uro Express D-mannose   is used to help treat a bladder infection caused by the bacterium E. coli and also to protect against re-inflammation of the urinary tract (inflammation of the bladder).

The active ingredient is D-mannose (2 g in a bag). It is formed naturally in the human metabolism and bacteria cannot develop resistance to it. D-mannose binds to E. coli bacteria and prevents them from attaching to the walls of the urinary tract. Then the bacteria are easily flushed out of the body by urinating. femidoc ONCE D-mannose has a pleasant cranberry flavor and contains the sweetener stevia.

Symptoms of bladder inflammation are:
