Before you start using Exolorfin varnish, make sure to remove the affected area of the nails by filing the affected area with a nail file.

Before starting to use Exolorfin, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have:
diabetes;
a weak immune system or you are using drugs to reduce its function;
poor circulation in the hands and feet;
severely damaged or infected nail;
if you have ever had nail damage, diseased skin changes such as psoriasis or other chronic skin changes, swelling, yellowed nails combined with breathing problems, painful nails, crooked/deformed nails or any other change associated with nails.
Nail fungus is a common condition that begins as a white or yellow spot under the tip of the nail. When the fungal infection goes deeper, the fungus in the nail tissue can cause the nail to become discolored along the edge and often thicken or deform uncomfortably. Fungus can also affect several nails.
If your condition is mild and doesn't bother you, you may not need treatment. If nail fungus is already painful and causing thickened nails, self-care steps and certain medications can help. But even if the treatment is successful, nail fungus often returns, so it is necessary to take care of well-groomed nails on a regular basis.
Nail fungi are also called onychomycosis. When the fungus infects the areas between the toes and the skin of the feet, it is called athlete's foot (tinea pedis).
Making a few simple lifestyle changes can help prevent nail fungus. The best way to care for your nails is to trim and clean them well, which is an excellent way to prevent infections.
Also avoid damaging the skin around the nails. If you will have damp or wet hands for a long time, it makes sense to wear rubber gloves.
Other ways to prevent fungal nail infections include:
If you are prone to excessive moisture around your nails or toenails, consider purchasing: * antifungal sprays or powders that dry out the skin and nails* socks that absorb moisture* your kit for manicure or pedicure
Active ingredients:
The active ingredient is amorolfine in chloride form.
1 ml contains 55.7 mg of amorolfin hydrochloride, which corresponds to 50 mg of amorolfine (5% m/V solution of amorolfine).
One bottle (2.5 ml) contains 139.3 mg of amorolfine hydrochloride, which corresponds to 125 mg of amorolfine.
Ancillary ingredients:
anhydrous ethanol, ammonium methacrylate copolymer (type A), ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, triacetin.
Wear flip-flops or shower sandals when walking in warm, humid areas such as gyms, locker rooms, spas, public showers, and swimming pools. This can prevent you from getting nail fungus and athlete's foot.
If you have just finished treatment for nail fungus, throw away the shoes, boots, skates and other footwear you were wearing before treatment began. Fungi can live in footwear and cause a new infection.
If your footwear is expensive or new, you can disinfect it with an ultraviolet (UV) shoe sanitizer or an ozone cabinet. You can buy these online.
Wear shoes that:
they fit the foot well and the wear is too tight, especially in the front part
are made of leather, canvas or other natural materials that breathe
keep feet dry and prevent overheating
This helps prevent fungus from growing in your shoes.
Have spare shoes. Fungi thrive in moist places, such as damp shoes. You can reduce this growth by drying your shoes for 24 hours before wearing them again or changing them after activity.
Sprinkle antifungal powder into your shoes. These products cannot treat a fungal nail infection, but they can prevent the fungus from growing in your shoes.
Keep your nails short. When you cut your toenails, cut them straight and keep your nails shorter than the ends of your toes. This helps prevent fungus and other germs from getting under your nails.
Disinfect the nail clipper before use. To disinfect a nail clipper, wash it with soap and water and then wipe it with rubbing alcohol.
If you go to a nail salon, ask how often they disinfect nail clippers, sanding boards, and other equipment. These should be disinfected after each customer. Otherwise, the equipment can spread the fungal infection from one customer to another.
Every day and whenever your socks get sweaty, put on a clean pair of socks. This helps prevent fungal growth. Wearing moisture wicking socks can also reduce the need to change socks.
Never share nail clippers, shoes, skates, towels and other personal items. You can easily get a fungal infection by sharing a personal item. People also get athlete's foot and ringworm (a fungal infection of the skin) if they share personal items.
Feet should be clean and dry. Wash your feet thoroughly every day with soap and water, making sure to wash between your toes. Dry your feet well after washing.
You should also avoid wet or sweaty feet for too long. A moist, warm area is an ideal area for fungi to thrive.
Moisturize dry skin. Fungi can enter through small cracks in the skin. To relieve dry skin, moisturize it with a fast-absorbing foot cream within 5 minutes after bathing and after washing hands.
If you get athlete's foot, treat it right away. Fungus also causes athlete's foot. This fungal infection can spread to your nails.
