BioActive B-Complex contains a mixture of all 8 B vitamins in a high dose. B vitamins are soluble in water, which means they should be taken every day.

B vitamins support various functions in the body. Most of them act as coenzymes, which means that they bind to enzymes and help perform enzymatic functions. Of particular importance is their impact on energy production, nervous system function and normal psychological functioning. All B vitamins affect energy production in the body as they help metabolize ingested carbohydrates into glucose, which serves as a fuel for energy production. B vitamins also support the functioning of the nervous system and our mental and emotional well-being.

It makes sense to add the full spectrum of B vitamins and not just individual ones, as individual B vitamins perform their functions in the body in close cooperation with each other.
