Use of a dietary supplement

Arkoroyal Gelee Royale organic royal jelly is stored in ampoule form.  

Recommended daily dose: 1 ampoule of 1,500 mg, taken in the morning, preferably at breakfast. Drink the contents of the ampoule alone, or mix its contents in 2 dL of water or your favorite fruit juice or tea.  

Attention:   The ampoule is glass, so do not break the end of the ampoule above the glass from which you will drink the contents. The reason is mainly due to the fragmentation of the ampoule in the area where the ampoule bursts. When the ampoule is opened, tiny ends of the glass may form and enter the jar.  

Shake the contents of the ampoule well before use. Sediment usually forms in the ampoule itself, so shaking the ampoule well before use makes sense.
